This Privacy Policy ("Policy") sets out the manner in which Beyond Precedent ("Beyond Precedent", "we", "our" or "us"), acting as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), collects, receives, stores, processes, uses, discloses and otherwise handles the Personal Data of individuals who access or interact with the website available at www.beyondprecedent.com (the "Website").

For the purposes of this Policy, "Personal Data", "Processing", "Data Principal", "Consent", "Data Fiduciary" and other capitalised terms shall have the meanings assigned to them under the DPDP Act.

By accessing or using the Website, subscribing to newsletters, submitting enquiries, communicating with us or otherwise voluntarily providing Personal Data, the Data Principal acknowledges having read and understood this Policy and, where applicable, consents to the Processing of such Personal Data for the specified purposes set out herein.

Subject to applicable law, every Data Principal shall have the right to seek access to, correction, completion, updating or erasure of Personal Data, withdraw Consent where Processing is based on Consent, and avail grievance redressal in accordance with the DPDP Act. Beyond Precedent reserves the right to amend this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, technology or its data processing practices. Any revised Policy shall become effective upon publication on the Website.

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts having jurisdiction over New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to all matters arising herefrom.
