(d) archive and continue displaying such Content as part of the Website’s knowledge repository.
Nothing contained in this Policy shall affect the moral rights available to authors under applicable copyright law.
3. Contributor Representations and Warranties
By submitting Content to Beyond Precedent, each Contributor represents and warrants that:
(a) the Content submitted is original and created by the Contributor;
(b) the Content does not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality or any other rights of third parties;
(c) all third-party materials, references, quotations and sources have been appropriately credited;
(d) the Content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, misleading or plagiarised material;
(e) submission of such Content does not violate any professional, contractual or confidentiality obligations applicable to the Contributor; and
(f) where technology-assisted tools, including artificial intelligence tools, have been used, the Contributor has independently reviewed, verified and accepted responsibility for the accuracy and originality of such Content.
Beyond Precedent reserves the right, at its sole editorial discretion, to:
(a) accept or reject any Content submitted for publication;
(b) edit Content for grammar, readability, formatting, citations, style, search optimisation or publication standards;
(c) add headings, summaries, descriptions or editorial notes;
(d) temporarily or permanently remove any Content from the Website.
Any editorial modification shall endeavour not to alter the substantive opinion or analysis expressed by the Contributor.
Publication of Contributor Content shall not constitute an endorsement by Beyond Precedent of the opinions, views or conclusions expressed therein.
Users may access and use Content available on the Website solely for personal, educational, research and non-commercial purposes.
Limited quotation, reference or citation of Content is permitted provided that:
(a) appropriate attribution is given to Beyond Precedent and the relevant author;

Beyond Precedent reserves the right to amend or update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable laws, technology, editorial practices or Website operations.
The updated Policy shall become effective upon publication on the Website.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
The courts having jurisdiction over Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy.
