It was founded in 2021, by Soumya Shekhar, an alumnus of National Law University Delhi and National University of Singapore. Soumya has over 8 years of experience and has worked with tier-1 law firms of the country such as Trilegal and Luthra & Luthra. Soumya was associated with Wipro Technologies as an Associate Corporate Counsel and for the past three years has been running her own legal consultancy.
