Ishaan Aggarwal is a litigation practitioner with a focus on commercial disputes, arbitration, and civil litigation. He has experience in matters before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, and various tribunals and courts, and his practice primarily involves legal research, drafting, and arguing matters concerning arbitration, commercial litigation, contractual disputes, and civil and regulatory issues.

He is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Corporate Law from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi, with a keen interest in arbitration, commercial litigation, and developments in Indian procedural and commercial law.
